Where are you located?
Our workouts are conveniently located at Saint Patrick Catholic School (Larchmont neighborhood and St. Andrews Church (Ghent neighborhood).

 What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring is a yoga mat (or large towel), your water bottle and you're ready to rock and roll!
 How long are the workouts?
Our workouts are 60 minutes and include your warmup, workout and cool down/stretching.
What is your schedule?
Mon / Wed : 5:30AM & 6:30AM at St. Patrick Catholic School
Tues / Thurs: 9:30AM at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church
Mon / Thurs: 3:45 PM at St. Patrick Catholic School
Fri: 6AM at St. Patrick Catholic School
Sun: 8AM at Alison's home in Larchmont

If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
YES!  Our program is for ALL shapes, sizes and ability levels.  Our coaches will work with you no matter where you are at.  We pride ourselves on our encouraging and supportive environment.  
Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes!  You'll get 3 weeks of done-for-you meal plans and grocery lists to save you hours of planning and meal prep, plus our healthy & delicious recipe guide so you can feel energized AND satisfied.
What if I'm too busy and don't have time to come?
For the best results, we recommend you join us for 3 workouts per week.  But we're also including 8 at-home workouts you can do in your home (no equipment needed!) just in case you can't get in for a workout (or want a little extra burn!)
 How is this different than a gym?
Our coaches will get to know you and check in with you regularly to make sure you're on track and getting the support you need to be successful.  We are 100% committed to you and your results.  You are also joining an amazing community of like-minded, body positive women.
